    • n 1346, he had paid tribute to another part of Montfort to the commander of Carlat. Galéane de Bort de Pierrefitte is married to Guillaume de Las Vaisses when she makes her will in Montfort. Guillaume de Las Vaisses still lives in the castle of Montfort in 1361. Gabrielle de Battut, lady of Montfort, wife in 1527 Gabriel de Murat, lord of Serres and Tissonières, fourth son of noble Philibert de Murat, lord of Rochemaure, and Gabrielle of Sailhant. He paid tribute to the king in 1540 and was father of: Bertrand de Murat-Montfort, lord of Montfort, who married in 1575 Catherine de Lévy, including at least one son: Claude de Murat-Montfort wife in 1599 Jacqueline de Sartiges, daughter of Pierre, lord of Lavandès, and Antoinette de Roux.
