    • Portuguese from the Indies arrived on the island in November 1678 by the Nightingale from Surate. Around 1679, she married Pierre Colin, one of the Elders of Bourbon, of whom she had two daughters: Marguerite (1681) and Louise (1683). After the death of Pierre Colin around 1690, the widow and the two daughters were taken in by François Mussard. Catherine Mise died in Bourbon before 1704.
